Certificates & standards :

The Cube program is successfully tested by TÜV according to the following standards :

• DIN EN 14073-2:2004
• DIN EN 14073-3:2004
• DIN EN 14074:2004
• DIN Fachbericht 147:2006
   

Body:

• The body of the cabinet is a monobloc welded construction with reinforced sides and bottom.
• The cabinet is in steel plate thickness 0.8 mm.  The bottom is reinforced with 2 omega profiles, mounted over the full depth of the cabinet, with 4 adjustment feet, adjustable from the inside (by means of an Allen key).
• The adjustment feet have a convex bottom and are teflonised so that the cabinets can easily be moved, even if they are quite heavily loaded
• On the inside the bottom was raised, so that the socle and bottom are at equal height.    
• The back of the cabinet is in a single plate and is neatly finished, so that the cabinet can be used as a divider.
• The inner sides of the cabinet have perforations for fixation of the interior equipment.  The accessories can be mounted in steps of 20 mm.

Tambour doors and lock:

• The tambours ( Rehau type SE 16 ) are in PVC and have a thickness of 0.9 mm.
• The tambours are colored in the mass and meet the standards with respect to  fire safety class M1.
• The roller guides are in one piece and have a self-lubricating feature whereby a quiet and light use of the doors is guaranteed.
• Every door has a cylinder lock with master key system ( interchangeable cylinder ), with 2 keys of which 1 pliable.  The lock number is engraved in the lock as well as onto the keys.

Finishing:

• All metal parts of the cabinet have an epoxy powder coating.
• The handle is in PP in the color of the body of the cabinet.
• The top of the cabinet can be finished with a  melamine top ( 16 or 28 mm ) or volkern top ( 13 mm )   ( see color scheme ).

Equipment and accessories:

• The cabinets are offered including shelves : for cabinet height 198 cm there are 4 shelves, height 160 cm 3 shelves, height 135, 118 and 105 cm 2 shelves and height 69,5 cm 1 shelf.  In cabinet height 72,5 cm one shelf is provided for standing files only.  The cabinet in height 42,6 cm does not have adjustment feet and is specifically developed with its low socle to be placed on top of another cabinet.
• The interior equipment is adjustable in height every 20 mm.
• The shelves are multifunctional ( suitable for standing files and suspension filing ) and in epoxy coated steel.  The shelves have a capacity of 60 kg, without occurrence of a distortion of more than 3 mm with equal load, measured in the front and in the middle of the shelf.  The front and rear are formed by 3 folds; the sides have 1 fold.  The color of the shelf is the color of the body of the cabinet.
• An anti-tilt system is activated by means of a connecting rod between 2 pullout accessories, sliding on telescopic guides. This system prevents that more than 1 accessory can be pulled simultaneously.
