Certificates & standards :

The Porta D program is successfully tested by TÜV according to the following standards :

• DIN EN 14073-2:2004
• DIN EN 14073-3:2004
• DIN EN 14074:2004
• DIN Fachbericht 147:2006

Body:

• The sliding door cabinet exists in 2 metal bodies ( width 80, 100 or 120 cm ), which are assembled on site by fixation of the cover profiles on the sides, the aluminium extruded rails and the doors. 
• Through this a stable unity is created, enabling the cabinet to be easily mounted at fairly any location.
• The body of the cabinet is a monobloc welded construction with reinforced sides and bottom.
• The cabinet is in steel plate thickness 0.8 mm.  The bottom is reinforced with 2 omega profiles of 1.5 mm, mounted over the full depth of the cabinet.
• The sliding door cabinet consists in 2 separate corpses, which are attached to each other by means of clips on the top.
• Reinforced socle with 4 adjustment feet, adjustable from the inside (by means of an Allen key).
• On the inside the bottom was raised, so that the socle and bottom are at equal height.
• The adjustment feet have a convex bottom and are teflonised so that the cabinets can easily be moved, even if they are quite heavily loaded.
• In the top of the cabinet there is a rail for suspension filing.  
• The back of the cabinet is in a single plate and is neatly finished, so that the cabinet can be used as a divider.
• The inner sides of the cabinet have perforations for fixation of the interior equipment. 
• The accessories can be mounted in steps of 20 mm.

Sliding doors and lock:

• The doors move independently of each other.
• The running gear of the door consists of steel brackets with plastic rollers with steel ball bearings.
• Every door has a cylinder lock with master key system ( interchangeable cylinder ), with 2 keys of which 1 pliable.  The lock number is engraved in the lock as well as onto the keys.
• Following finishes are part of the standard program :
• Perforated metal doors :
  • doors in steel plate 0.8 mm;
  • the acoustic zones are perforated for 40%;
  • door is equipped with soundproof mousse (black or white) in thickness 20 mm;
  • door is equipped with horizontally placed reinforcement panels in steel plate 0.7 mm;
  • door is equipped with top and bottom crossbars in steel plate 1.5 mm;
  • as a whole the cabinet is acoustic damping.
• Full metal doors :
  • doors in steel plate 0.8 mm.
• Doors in melamine, colors ‘collection Robberechts’ :
  • door is produced in high quality melamine in thickness 22 mm  ( see color scheme);
  • the sides have a PVC finishing tape in thickness 3 mm;
  • the finishing tape is rounded with a radius of 3 mm.
• Following finishes are available on request :
  • doors in wood : melamine or HPL, non-standard collection Robberechts;
  • doors in glass;
  • upholstered doors.

Finishing:

• All metal parts of the cabinet have an epoxy powder coating.
• The top of the cabinet in all heights have a  melamine top ( 22 mm ) or a metal top ( 22 mm ).
• In option a perforated, acoustic back panel in metal can be provided.  The sound damping mousse is available in black or white.

Equipment and accessories:

• The cabinets are offered empty.
• The interior equipment is height adjustable every 20 mm.
• The shelves are multifunctional  ( suitable for standing files and suspension filing ) and in epoxy coated steel.  The shelves have a capacity of 60 kg, without occurrence of a distortion of more than 3 mm with equal load, measured in the front and in the middle of the shelf.  The front and rear are formed by 3 folds; the sides have 1 fold.  The color of the shelf is the color of the body.
• An anti-tilt system is activated by means of a connecting rod between 2 pullout accessories, sliding on telescopic guides. this system prevents that more than 1 accessory can be pulled simultaneously.
